Media on Mission Spotlight: Photojournalist John Fredricks
Media on Mission friend John Fredricks is an award-winning photojournalist based in Southern California. His work appears everywhere from National Geographic Adventure to Time magazine.
Passionate about social and humanitarian issues, he wants to impact his generation through a visual medium and put the spotlight on issues around the world. He has launched himself into locations and situations where his life and health were likely in danger in order to use his gift and skill in photography to share the truth. His camera is only an extension of the genuine love and care John feels for those around him.
Recently, he was on assignment for the Epoch Times to cover Donald Trump’s campaign stop in Palos Verdes, California.
Media on Mission had the opportunity to work with Fredricks several years ago on the story headlined, Protesters Block Worship Event on LA’s Skid Row, Attack Epoch Times Reporters. The story illustrated a tense culture clash moment during covid sanctions in 2020 in which Christian evangelist and worship song leader Sean Feucht toured America in spite of the intense spiritual warfare.
Fredricks also has a passion for jumping onboard mission trips to document remarkable movements of Christ followers as led by God.
